Why IV therapy
We validated the niche with search data before writing a line of code: IV therapy queries show six-figure monthly demand in the US with strong commercial intent around mobile and same-day services, yet no dominant comparison site. Drips like Myers' cocktail, NAD+ or hangover recovery are priced per session, which makes clean price comparison genuinely useful to consumers.
One engine, second market
Drip Compass runs on the platform we built for MedSpa Compass: Astro SSR on Cloudflare Workers with D1 and R2, listing moderation, owner claims, Stripe placements and the same indexability gating that keeps thin pages out of search. Forking, rebranding and re-launching the engine for a new vertical - new taxonomy of drips, new editorial layer, new identity - took days, not months. The directory launched in July 2026 and is expanding city by city.
